HOW TO START

1. The first step is app account creation.

You will get all trainings and other content on your app.The app works on all electronic devices, iOS, Android phones (2018 and newer) as well as all laptops, desktops and tablet computers . You will track your training plans in the app in real-time.

2. Once you're set-up for the account, you will take initial assessment.

3. After assessement, your recommended strength level will be provided.

4. The next step is to make a payment and get access to your training content.
