The first training is to find the initial weight.
(initial weight is required to activate app algorithms).

  1. You choose the equipment you are going to use for example for the chest.
  2. Take a picture of it.
  3. Finding weight you can do 11-13 repetitions (reps) on this equipment.
  4. Fill in boxes. Save it.
  5. Go to the next exercise.

From the second training, you start receiving a training plan for each training. This plan includes the number of work sets, the resting time between sets, exact weight, and reps (repetitions) for every work set and warm-up set. This plan is based on your latest training results. For the next training, you will get a new training plan. etc...

All plans are personalized, progressive and interactive, so you will see your progress in each training. If you don't miss training sessions, after less than a year you will get the option to move to the next strength level. This move is necessary to continue your progress...

This system has 5 different strength levels.

Before 2022, it was used exclusively by professional athletes. Now it's available for any person between the ages of 19 and 45, who has no medical restrictions.

The main difference is the number of strength levels and the light version has less number of training days per week than the ultimate. They also have different training algorithms.
